Marketing the property

Tenant Screening
- We show the property personally to each prospect, we never give out keys
- We run credit/background reports and contact former landlords to get references
- Before approving an application, we will always reach out to you first to get your input before finalizing any details with a prospect
Approval/Move-In
- Once we find a tenant for you, we will coordinate a lease signing here at our office for a chance for the owner to meet the tenant, sign the lease with the tenant, and collect the move-in funds
- We will conduct a move-in inspection with the tenant (owner is encouraged to be at the property during the move-in inspection if possible)
What It Costs
- We charge a fee equal to one month’s rent for properties with a minimum rental rate of $1000/month.
