Our Story Founded with a Purpose

Alpha Property Management was founded in Greenville, SC, in 2007 when a local builder began placing renters in his growing inventory of new homes. After the housing market collapsed in 2008, the local builder had lost most of the properties. The company was either going to shut down or survive. In 2010 Carlos Tuazon and Jody Barber, who had been managing the properties for the builder, saw an opportunity to purchase the company and the rest is history! Throughout the years, more local and out-of-state investors who were not happy with their property management companies have started contacting Alpha Property Management and soon after started picking up more business through advertising, word of mouth, and referrals.

With much hard work and dedication the company has grown and considered as one of the best property management in the Upstate, SC. In 2015, Carlos Tuazon became the sole Owner and President of the company. Because of the growing competitiveness in Real Estate, Alpha Property Management felt the need to rebrand and change its name to Alpha Property. By changing the name and logo, as well as updating the management software and website, Alpha Property is now focused on expanding its services from just property management to a complete One Stop Shop Real Estate Firm specializing in Sales, Investments, Property Management & Leasing, New Home Construction and Renovation.
